Paul Miller, M.D., is an EMDR Europe Trainer and EMDR institute facilitator; Visiting Professor, Faculty of Life and Health Sciences, School of Nursing, Ulster University. Chaired the EMDR UK and Ireland Association training subcommittee and Chairs the Training and Credentialing Work-group of the Council of Scholars (Future of EMDR Therapy Project). He introduced EMDR to Northern Ireland’s National Health Service and in 2011 founded Mirabilis Health, a clinic specializing in EMDR therapy. For five years, he has been training Mental Health Nurses at UU, at an introductory skill level in EMDR. Currently part of an informal Technical Review with GIST-T.
