Update from 6/9/2023
Our discounted room block at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City has sold out. However, as cancellations may come in, rooms can open up, so we suggest you first try to put in your dates to see if they may have rooms available at any given time.
If you find that rooms are not available, we have secured an additional discounted room block at the Embassy Suites Crystal City National Airport, less than a mile from the Hyatt. Rooms are offered at a discounted group rate of $169/night for single/double, $179/night for triple, and $189/night for quad. Please use the link below to book your room at the Embassy Suites.
NOTE from Embassy Suites: The cut off date for reservations is midnight on August 1, 2023. This group rate will be available until that date or when all of the contracted inventory has been booked (whichever comes first).
Please be aware that when guests swipe a card at check in, the hotel's system will authorize an incidentals deposit in addition to the total cost for the contracted room rate. The current deposit for incidentals is $100 per day. If using a debit card for your 7 day stay, the hotel's system will put a hold of $500 on the funds associated with the debit card for the duration of the stay.

Parking
Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport offers valet only parking at a rate of $45 per day, with unlimited in-and-out privileges. *Clearance is 6’ 8” in the underground parking garage.

From Airport to Hotel
Enjoy the courtesy Hyatt Airport Shuttle to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). Track the Hyatt shuttle for pick-up by visiting Track My Shuttle (HOTEL CODE: 2799) when you arrive. The shuttle service will provide you estimated times to and from the airport.
Terminal 1: Pickup location is outside the main doors. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup.
Terminal 2: Pickup locations are outside of Doors 4 and 7 on the baggage claim level. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup.

From Hotel to Airport
The shuttle departs from the hotel front drive every 20-minutes on the hour from 4:20am – 12:40am seven days a week.
NOTE: The hotel will be offering limited shuttle service during this time. There will be no service to the Crystal City Metro station at this time. All shuttle services will be conducted to/from the Ronald Reagan National Airport for both Metro transit and Airport transportation.

From Dulles Airport (IAD) to our Washington DC metro area hotel, cost is approximately $40 to $45. From Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) to our Washington DC metro area hotel, cost is approximately $65 to $70.
Metro Subway Access
From the Crystal City Metro Station (corner of 18th St and S. Bell Street) the Blue and Yellow lines are available, in which our Washington DC metro area hotel is a 10-minute walk. (See Metro Shuttle above for specific details on times and locations.)
Amtrak
Taxi to / from Union Station is approximately $17 - $20.
MARC
MARC train service from BWI to Union Station is approx. $6. Taxi from Union Station to our Washington DC metro area hotel is approx. $17 - $20.
