Sarah Jenkins, MC, LPC, CPsychol is an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Training Provider and Consultant. A life-long horsewoman with over 20 years’ experience as an EMDR therapist, she premiered EquiLateral™ the EMDRIA Approved protocol for integrating EMDR and Equine-Assisted Therapy to become Equine-Assisted EMDR (EA-EMDR).
A trauma and dissociation specialist, Sarah’s expertise includes providing trainings/consultation for EMDR therapists in their work with complex clients, especially in the treatment of structural dissociation, including utilizing strategies from an animal-assisted EMDR approach.
