Tammy Moore, MSW, LISW-S (she/her) is a Clinical Social Worker based in Columbus, OH. Tammy owns and operates a private practice, she is a co-owner of the Ohio Institute for Trauma and Wellness, LLC and is also employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Tammy is an adjunct faculty member with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness and provide EMDR Therapy foundational training, EMDR therapy consultation as an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant to clinicians across the nation. Throughout her career, Tammy has provided local and national trainings.
