We’ve secured a limited block of rooms starting at $209 per night for stays between August 16–25, 2026. Our room block typically sells out, so we encourage you to book early to guarantee the conference rate and your preferred dates. The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date (July 24) or until rooms are fully reserved.

Add a little magic to your conference experience. As a thank you for staying at the host hotel, registered attendees will receive access to specially priced Disneyland® Resort tickets.
Tickets are valid for visits Sunday, August 16 through Thursday, August 27, 2026, making it easy to plan a pre- or post-conference visit with family or guests.
